REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY FOR A.I. PROFIT CLUB
A.i. Profit Club has a 14 day trial period for $1. This means any time during the 14 days, you may request to cancel your membership before the monthly or yearly charge has been processed. Please send an email to [email protected] to request cancellation during your trial period. Once your 14 day trial has passed, no back charges will be refunded, but you will be able to request cancellation for the following month.
For monthly membership, you may cancel for the following month's payment, but no back charges will be refunded. For instance, if your card is charged on the 3rd for $99, and you request to cancel on the 4th, your payment on the 3rd will not be refunded. Your access will be removed the following month on the 3rd. You will continue to have access to A.I. Profit Club for 30 days after your payment is made.
For yearly membership, you may cancel for the following years payment, but no back charges will be refunded. You will have three days following the yearly charge to request a refund. For instance, if your card is charged on the 3rd of July for $999, you have until midnight on July 6th to request a refund. After three days has passed, you will not be refunded. Your access to A.I. Profit Club will be active for 365 days following your last yearly payment.
If you are currently on a yearly plan, you may also choose to switch to a monthly plan at the end of your term. Email us at [email protected] to switch.
If you are currently on a monthly plan, you may also choose to switch to a yearly plan at the end of your current month. Email us at [email protected] to switch. You will be agreeing to a full 12 months moving forward at the current rate for joining A.I. Profit Club on a yearly membership plan.
If you purchased A.I. Profit Club as an upsell or additional offer during the Launch Your Brand challenge or another special event, there is no trial period. In addition, you are entitled to a 7 day refund period. If you would like a refund of either the payment plan or the annual plan, send us an email within 7 days of your purchase.

CUSTOM STORE BUILD REFUND POLICY
Custom store builds are eligible for refund for 7 days from purchase date. Normal completion timeline is 2-3 weeks after your information is submitted in the google form provided after your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding your store build during the process, please email us at [email protected]. Our employees take pride in building your custom store, and we want to make sure you are given the best product possible.
Three edits or revisions will be provided within a 30 day window of the first draft of the store being presented to the customer. Once this 30 day window has passed, the store is deemed final and no more revisions, modifications, or maintenance will be provided by the Shirt School team.

All products purchased as part of the Add To Cart Blueprint program, including order bumps and upsell products are eligible for a full refund within 7 days from purchase date. TRAFFIC MASTERY REFUND POLICY
Traffic Mastery has a 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee. You may request a full refund of your purchase within 30 days of your purchase time. There are no requirements to be met or stipulations. You can request a refund for any reason, including buyers remorse. Please send an email to [email protected] to request a refund. Refunds will only be honored within 30 days, down to the second. The email must be time stamped prior to 30 days passing. We may request to setup a Zoom call with you to help resolve the issues you are facing before processing your refund. You may decline this call, and this will not hinder your refund request. If you elect to take a payment plan for Traffic Mastery, you are agreeing to spread out the cost of the program over the set number of months. The payment plan cannot be cancelled, and you are agreeing to pay the full amount for the program with interest spread out in payments. After your first 30 days, no payments are refundable for any reason.
